Who we are

This website (vibecodingdubai.com) and the VibeCoding School in-company workshops are operated by Óscar de la Torre ("we", "us"). For any privacy-related request, contact us at oscar@oscardelatorre.net.

When you request a proposal — through our website or through a LinkedIn lead generation form associated with our ads — we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• First and last name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Job title

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

How we use your information

We use the information solely to:

• Respond to your request and send you a tailored proposal;
• Communicate with you about the in-company workshop you enquired about;
• Keep a record of our business correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated.

How we store and share your data

Data submitted via LinkedIn lead forms is initially held by LinkedIn and made available to us through LinkedIn Campaign Manager, subject to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy. We may store your details in standard business tools (e.g. email and contact management) used to prepare and send your proposal. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email oscar@oscardelatorre.net and we will respond promptly.
